How did Vodafone achieved 80% adoption of e-statements?

Vodafone embarked on a multi channel billing program that saw cost reductions of 92% per statement produced. With 80% of their customer base opting for e-billing, this resulted in massive savings for the 3rd largest Telco in Australia. What’s more, coupled with customer data, they were able to communicate on a personalised level to their customers using an existing and trusted medium.
